HOW TO ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE

Ordering flowers from our website is simple and easy. Please follow the steps below to complete your purchase successfully.

 

 

Step 1: Select your Delivery to Location ( Province )  

Visit our website, you will find in the top header part “DELIVER TO dropdown selection of provinces . NOTE: By default, the website delivery location is selected to “METRO MANILA”. Customers can also change this location on the Product Details page if you have not changed the delivery location.

 

 

Step 2: Browse Products 

Visit our website and explore available categories such as:

  • Bouquets
  • Roses
  • Sympathy Flowers
  • Gift Bundles

Select the product you would like to order, click the product from category page and it will bring in the product detail page. 

 

 

Step 3: Choose Product Details

Customize your selected item by choosing available options such as:

  • Wrapper & Color  ( Mainly flowers have different types of wrapper options, so you can choose which type of wrapper is good for you.) 
  • Size / Quantity - How many pcs of flowers, chocolates, etc. item you want to Order.  
  • Add-ons (e.g., chocolates, teddy bears, greeting cards)

 

 

Step 4: Add to Cart “or” Buy Now 

Click the “Add to Cart” button or “BUY Now” 

Add to cart- will add items to the website cart and you still have to click the “cart” icon to visit the CART Page. 

“Buy Now” - will bring you to the “Login Page” or Check-out page. If you are already logged in it will bring you directly to the checkout page. 

You may:

  • Review your selected items
  • Update quantities if needed
  • Continue shopping or proceed to checkout

 

 

Step 5: Log In or Register

Create or log in to your customer account. We recommend creating an account before placing the order, which saves time too. Remember your password for future login. 

Please prepare the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number

Then proceed to log in to continue your order.

 

 

Step 6: Checkout Process

On the checkout page, enter the required details:

Recipient Information:

  • Recipient Name
  • Complete Delivery Address (Province, City, Barangay)
  • Mobile Number (Very Important)

Order Details:

  • Message Card Details
  • Preferred Delivery Date

Payment Method:

Select your preferred payment option:

  • PayPal
  • Maya
  • DragonPay
  • Bank Transfer

Tick the checkbox:

  • “I have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions”

Click “Place Order” to complete your request.

 

 

Step 7: Payment & Confirmation

After placing your order:

  • Complete payment using your selected method
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email
  • Offline payment users will receive payment instructions

 

 

Step 8: Order Processing & Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be:

  • Processed
  • Prepared with care
  • Scheduled for delivery on your selected date

 

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Place orders before the cut-off time to qualify for same-day delivery
  • Ensure all recipient details are accurate to avoid delays
  • For special delivery time requests, order at least 3–4 days in advance
  • For offline payments, always attach proof of payment
