OFFLINE PAYMENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
What is Offline Payment?
Offline payment refers to payments that are NOT made through our website-integrated online payment gateways such as PayPal, PayMaya, DragonPay, or other automated payment systems.
Examples of offline payments include:
- Bank-to-bank transfers (e.g., BPI to BDO)
- International wire transfers
- Western Union
- Cebuana Lhuillier
- GCash to GCash
- Maya wallet transfers
- Any manual payment sent outside our website payment system
If you are paying manually using bank transfer or wallet-to-wallet transfer, you are required to submit proof of payment so we can process your order on time.
Submission Requirements and Process
Please email the following customer and payment details together with your proof of payment.
Customer Information Required
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Order / Invoice Number
Payment Information Required
Please include the following details in your email:
- Transaction or Reference Number
(Provided by the money transfer service) - Full Name of Sender
(As registered in the payment transaction) - Complete Address of Sender
- Total Amount Sent
(Please ensure the complete order amount is received after transfer fees)

Please continue to follow up until you receive confirmation that your payment has been verified and your order has been officially accepted.
Important Submission Rules
- Customers must submit payment details at least three (3) days before the delivery date.
- Attach a clear screenshot or scanned copy of the payment receipt.
- Submissions via SMS or other unofficial channels will NOT be accepted.
- Only email submissions with proof of payment attachments are considered valid.
- Facebook Page chat submissions are accepted only if proof of payment is attached.
Peak Season Policy
During high-demand occasions such as:
- Valentine’s Day
- Mother’s Day
- Christmas
Please note the following:
- Payments must be completed before the official website cut-off time.
- Orders without confirmed payment before cut-off may not be processed.
Payment Accuracy Requirement
- Please send the exact total amount of your order.
- The sender is responsible for all transfer fees.
- Any shortage caused by transfer charges may delay order processing.
International Bank Transfer Requirement
For international wire transfers:
- Please include all bank and wire transfer fees when sending payment.
- International transfers usually take 2–3 working days to arrive in the Philippines.
Important Notice
Sometimes payments are difficult to verify because the amount received is lower than the amount declared due to international bank charges.
To avoid delays:
- Inform your bank that you will shoulder all transfer fees.
- Ensure the exact payable amount is received in the Philippines.
Non-Compliance Notice
Failure to follow the above payment submission requirements may result in:
- Delay in order processing
- Delay in delivery
- Order cancellation
